Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Silvassa. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, ensuring quality control, maintaining safety standards, and supervising production staff. The role also involves optimizing resource allocation and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the production process.

  • Team Leadership and Staff Supervision abilities
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Optimization skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in the fragrance or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
