Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead with strong expertise in Adobe Workfront to lead our technical team and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will manage Workfront implementation, team leadership, stakeholder communication, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of Workfront, ensuring integration with existing systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain project plans, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Serve as primary contact for stakeholders, providing updates and proactively resolving issues.
  • Allocate tasks, monitor ticket/issue queues, and ensure SLAs/KPIs/OLAs are met.
  • Promote continuous improvement identify ways to deliver faster, better, and more cost-efficiently.
  • Assist in risk management, enforce software development & quality processes, and ensure project compliance.
  • Drive documentation: functional & technical specs, status reports, and knowledge-management practices.

Mandatory Skills

  • Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront: administration, configuration, best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills: able to lead a technical team, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and devise effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
