We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and build a strong employer and business brand for Task Source.

Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and analysing Task Source's presence across all relevant social media platforms. This role will closely work with HR, Business, and Leadership teams to showcase our brand, culture, services, and achievements online.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals (branding, talent attraction, lead generation, and engagement).
• Manage and grow Task Source's presence on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others as relevant.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, etc.) for corporate branding as well as employer branding.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Operations, Sales, Leadership) to:
• Highlight company culture, events, and employee stories.
• Showcase client success, case studies, and service offerings.
• Work with designers / agencies to create high-quality creatives, videos, and marketing assets.
• Monitor daily activity on social channels, respond to comments/messages where required, and maintain a professional and consistent brand voice.
• Track and analyse social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, clicks, leads, etc.) and share periodic reports with insights and action points.
• Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep Task Source's content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Run and optimise paid campaigns (if applicable) for brand awareness, hiring campaigns, and lead generation in coordination with the marketing/management team.
• Support internal campaigns such as hiring drives, contests, festivals, events, and employee recognition initiatives through creative social media coverage.
• Ensure all content is on-brand, consistent in tone and style, and complies with company policies and confidentiality norms.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate / agency / BPO / IT / service-based setup.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices (especially LinkedIn for corporate and employer branding).
• Hands-on experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva / Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.) will be an added advantage.
• Experience in planning and executing content calendars and campaigns.

Pay: ₹400, ₹800,000.00 per year
