Stipend : Attractive Stipend (UPTO 5K depending upon performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Junior Social Media Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts for IT services and solutions. The ideal candidate will help manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and assist in executing digital campaigns that promote our technology offerings and enhance brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage daily posting and engagement on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.).
  • Ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and mentions to maintain positive engagement.
  • Content Creation & Scheduling:
  • Create and design posts, infographics, and short videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
  • Write clear, compelling captions related to IT trends, solutions, and company updates.
  • Schedule posts using tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Campaign Support:
  • Assist in executing paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads) under senior guidance.
  • Support lead generation and event promotion activities through digital channels.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and followers.
  • Prepare simple weekly/monthly reports to highlight results and improvements.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work with the design, content, and sales teams to align messaging with business goals.
  • Research competitors and suggest new ideas to improve social presence.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree / MBA in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing (internship experience acceptable).
  • Technical Knowledge:
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software, or technology products (training will be provided).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their business tools (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and creativity.
  • Keen interest in technology and digital trends.
  • Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
  • Good time management and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

  • Internship or coursework in digital marketing or social media
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing and IT industry terminology.
  • Understanding of SEO basics or content marketing is a plus.
