Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist
 to strengthen our online presence, build our brand identity, and support business growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, blogs, and metadata for search engines and users.
  • Manage branding of LinkedIn pages by planning and posting blogs, creatives, and engaging content regularly.
  • Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and enhance client engagement.
  • Create and manage content calendars for LinkedIn and other relevant platforms to drive engagement and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified business leads through digital campaigns.
  • Track, monitor, and report website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance.
  • Build backlinks, manage online listings, and ensure local SEO optimization.
  • Work on technical SEO improvements including site speed, mobile optimization, and crawl error fixes.
  • Coordinate website backend management (CMS updates, content uploads, plugins, technical fixes).
  • Coordinate with internal/external teams for blog creation, graphics, and promotional content.
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing activities across website, SEO, and social media channels.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO, LinkedIn, and digital marketing trends and best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing (preferably in IT/technology domains).
  • Track record of improving website rankings, branding, and lead generation through SEO and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience with website backend/CMS management (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).

Skills

  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
  • Ability to run LinkedIn campaigns and optimize company pages.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, content optimization, and creative skills.
  • Knowledge of technical SEO (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors).
