Role & Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle HCM solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM and related technologies.

  • Customize Oracle HCM modules and integrate various business applications within a remote consulting framework.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and troubleshoot issues.

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

  • Provide expert-level support and system enhancements for Oracle HCM applications.

  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Must-Have : 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM development and technical customizations.

- Must-Have : Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM, PL/SQL, and other essential Oracle tools.

- Must-Have : Proven expertise in system integrations, end-to-end development, and deployment in remote work settings.

- Preferred : Familiarity with additional Oracle ERP/HRMS solutions and certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.

- Preferred : Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
