Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and related HCM modules. Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet business reporting requirements. Support end-to-end functional flows (Hire to Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions – Candidate → Pending Worker → Employee. Develop and manage HDL-based data loads and inbound/outbound integrations with third-party systems.
