About the Role

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist
who will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies across various online channels. You will work closely with the management team to plan and execute campaigns that promote our brand, products, and services.

Your primary goal is to
enhance brand visibility, increase website traffic, and generate high-quality leads
for our safety solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage
    online marketing campaigns
    , including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Analyze
    web traffic, user behavior, and conversions
    to improve performance.
  • Manage and grow our
    social media profiles
    and engage with our online community.
  • Create and manage
    content marketing initiatives
    such as blogs, videos, and promotional creatives.
  • Collaborate with
    graphic designers
    to develop visually engaging content.
  • Monitor and optimize
    digital advertising campaigns
    (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) using data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on
    digital marketing trends
    and align brand presence accordingly.
  • Handle
    WordPress website development and updates
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field
    .
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience
    in digital marketing (preferably in a
    B2B
    environment).
  • Proficiency in
    SEO/SEM, email marketing
    , and major
    social media platforms
    .
  • Experience with
    Google Ads
    ,
    Meta Ads
    , and other digital advertising platforms.
  • Strong
    analytical mindset
    and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent
    communication and teamwork skills
    .
  • Proficiency in Telugu communication
    is mandatory.
