A Framer and Webflow Developer builds, designs, and maintains websites using these no-code platforms, collaborating with designers to translate concepts into interactive, responsive, and high-performing web experiences. Key responsibilities include developing responsive designs, implementing user interactions and animations, optimizing performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and integrating custom code for advanced functionality. The ideal candidate possesses strong UI/UX principles, proficiency in Framer and Webflow, familiarity with design tools like Figma, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development: Build and maintain visually engaging, responsive, and interactive websites using Framer and Webflow.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Translate design concepts and wireframes into seamless, user-friendly web experiences.
  • Performance Optimization: Ensure websites perform optimally across different devices and browsers.
  • Customization: Integrate custom code, particularly for complex interactions, animation, or advanced functionalities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and align with project goals.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and design inconsistencies.
  • Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and updates to existing websites.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Platform Proficiency: Deep expertise in both Framer and Webflow platforms.
  • Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other similar software.
  • Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom code integration and advanced development.
  • UI/UX Principles: Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles and methodologies.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous work and design capabilities.
