Job Description

As a No-Code/Shopify Developer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and e-commerce solutions using Shopify, Web flow, and related integrations. You'll work closely with designers, marketers, and project managers to turn brand concepts into high-performing, visually stunning, and conversion-optimized web experiences — without relying on heavy custom code.

Key Responsibilities


• Build and customize Shopify stores, Web flow websites, and related landing pages.


• Create visually engaging and responsive layouts using Webflow Designer and Shopify Liquid.


• Integrate third-party tools (CRM, analytics, payment gateways, marketing automation, etc.) using native connectors or APIs.


• Manage content updates and implement new features using no-code or low-code workflows.


• Ensure pixel-perfect translation of design files (Figma/Adobe XD) into functional, performant web pages.


• Conduct testing, debugging, and optimization for speed, SEO, and accessibility.


• Maintain reusable design systems and modular components.


• Stay current with new features and best practices in Shopify, Webflow, and other no-code ecosystems.

Required Skills & Qualifications


• 3 – 8  years of professional experience in Shopify and/or Webflow development.


• Proven track record of Shopify theme customization and Webflow site building.


• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (for custom tweaks where needed).


• Familiarity with Shopify Liquid, Webflow CMS, and integrations using REST APIs or tools like Zapier/Make.


• Understanding of responsive design, SEO principles, and cross-browser compatibility.


• Strong attention to detail and design fidelity.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have


• Experience with headless commerce or Shopify Hydrogen.


• Knowledge of Figma → Webflow or Figma → Shopify workflows.


• Exposure to CRO / A/B testing or analytics tools.


• Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, Airtable, Notion, etc.).
