Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day store operations, including stocking, billing, display arrangement, and housekeeping.
  • Provide excellent customer service, handle product inquiries politely, and respond to customer needs.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order in the assigned department.
  • Follow safety and quality protocols as per company standards.
  • Report inventory shortages or damages to supervisors.
  • Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass
  • Age: Up to 35 years
  • Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Language: Basic English communication (Arabic knowledge is an advantage).
  • Medical Fitness: Mandatory (as per GCC medical standards).
