Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for creating and managing travel plans for clients, including domestic and international travel arrangements. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients, organizing itineraries, booking reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel process. In addition, the consultant will manage travel operations and ensure seamless service delivery for both individual and corporate clients.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 Years of experience at sales position
  • Should have good knowledge of Domestic and International areas to sell the trips
  • Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills to understand client requirements and plan customized itineraries
  • Experience in Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking flights, accommodations, and other travel services
  • Strong Customer Service skills to provide excellent support and address client inquiries effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools beneficial
  • Prior experience in corporate travel planning or adventure tourism is a plus.
