About the Role:

We are looking for a QA & QC Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or fabrication to ensure the highest quality standards across our modular construction projects. The role involves overseeing both Quality Assurance (processes & systems) and Quality Control (inspections & testing), working closely with design, production, logistics, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and implement QA/QC systems, inspection plans, and checklists for modular construction.

 Inspect materials, fabrication, and on-site assembly for compliance with specifications and standards.

 Identify and manage non-conformities; ensure corrective and preventive actions are taken.

 Coordinate with vendors, clients, and project teams to align on quality requirements.

 Maintain quality records, reports and ensure compliance with building codes and ISO standards.

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Civil (or related).

 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in construction, fabrication or manufacturing.

 Knowledge of modular/prefab construction is a strong plus.

 Strong attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills.
