Digital Scarlett is a dynamic digital marketing agency dedicated to helping businesses grow through SEO, social media, paid ads, and innovative online strategies. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller to join our team and be the voice of our brand.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads, explain our digital marketing services, and convert them into clients.
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp until closure.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and client details in CRM.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to improve lead quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
  • Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory).
