Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective leads, explain our digital marketing services, and convert them into clients.
- Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp until closure.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and client details in CRM.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales & marketing team to improve lead quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to explain services clearly and handle objections.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Minimum Qualification: Graduate (preferred, but not mandatory).
