Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
As a Tele caller, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers.
- Customer Support: Provide timely information, resolve customer issues, and respond to inquiries regarding products/services.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in database, ensuring that all relevant details are updated.
- Follow-up: Regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Reporting: Report daily/weekly/monthly performance and issues to the team leader or manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: Either Fresher with very good communication skills or previous experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
- Problem-solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
- Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
- Customer-oriented: Ability to handle a variety of customers in a professional manner.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills
- Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with 9 hours working.
- Office Timings 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Six Days Working Monday to Saturday
