Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

As a Tele caller, you will play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound & Outbound Calling: Handle incoming calls and make outbound calls to customers.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely information, resolve customer issues, and respond to inquiries regarding products/services.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records in database, ensuring that all relevant details are updated.
  • Follow-up: Regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Complaint Handling: Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Reporting: Report daily/weekly/monthly performance and issues to the team leader or manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Either Fresher with very good communication skills or previous experience as a tele caller, telemarketer, or in a similar customer service role is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to handle customer complaints and provide solutions.
  • Listening Skills: Ability to understand customer needs and respond accordingly.
  • Customer-oriented: Ability to handle a variety of customers in a professional manner.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills
  • Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position with 9 hours working.
  • Office Timings 9:45 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • Six Days Working Monday to Saturday
