Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Executive based in Raipur. The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies. Core responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, coordinating with internal teams for client needs, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in sales, business development, and lead generation
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and negotiation
  • Experience in market analysis, target setting, and sales reporting
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work well in a team environment
  • Experience in the building materials or interior design industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred)
  • Willingness to work on-site in Raipur and travel as needed
