Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level Resident Doctor specializing in Critical Care Medicine for our Mumbai facility. This is a full-time, fixed-term employment opportunity offering a rewarding role within a technologically-advanced and compassion-driven environment. The selected individual will contribute to maintaining and enhancing our standards of patient care in a critical care setting.

- MBBS/MD /DNB/IDCCM/CTCCM/DrNB Critical care /DM
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide expert medical care in the intensive care unit managing patients with complex and critical conditions
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate with the healthcare team to implement effective treatment strategies
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Perform essential invasive procedures such as intubations and management of central lines
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation for all patient interactions
- Participate in infection control initiatives to prevent healthcare-associated infections
- Promote and ensure patient safety through adherence to clinical protocols and procedures
