We're seeking a skilled Web3 Developer who can bridge decentralized technologies with elegant, responsive frontends. You'll collaborate with our design and product teams to bring blockchain-powered applications to life — from wallet integration to smart contract interaction. What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain Web3-integrated applications using React and modern tooling
  • Integrate smart contracts using , , or +viem
  • Implement wallet connections (MetaMask, WalletConnect, etc.) and authentication flows
  • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to ensure smooth blockchain interactions
  • Optimize applications for security, scalability, and performance
  • Stay up to date with emerging blockchain frameworks, standards, and L2 solutions
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate iteration

Requirements

Essential Skills

Web3 Development

  • Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals (EVM, tokens, gas, transactions)
  • Experience writing, testing, and integrating Solidity smart contracts
  • Proficient with or for contract communication
  • Familiarity with decentralized storage (IPFS, Arweave, or Filecoin)
  • Experience managing wallet connections and contract events

Frontend Development

  • Proficiency in ReactJS (Hooks, Context, modern architecture)
  • Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Responsive and mobile-first development mindset
  • Familiarity with CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Styled Components, or Chakra UI)
  • Comfortable with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, npm/yarn)

Modern Practices

  • Proficient with Git and collaborative version control workflows
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and prompt-driven coding
  • Focus on clean, readable, and secure code

Nice to Have

  • TypeScript proficiency
  • Experience with DeFi, NFT, or DAO platforms
  • Knowledge of L2 ecosystems (Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism)
  • Familiarity with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle for contract testing
  • Awareness of Web3 security practices (reentrancy, gas optimization)
  • Prior startup or agency experience
