At Airlearn, we're breaking language barriers through viral content, smart learning, and a global creator network.Your Role:As our Social Media Marketing Team Lead, you'll manage a team of creators and strategists to build viral campaigns on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. You'll drive growth, scale reach, and turn trends into downloads.

What You'll Do:Lead content strategy and execution across platforms.

Manage creator collaborations (UGC + influencers). Track KPIs and optimize campaigns using analytics. Own content calendar, trend research, and weekly deliverables.

What You Need:3–5 years of experience in social media marketing.1+ year in a leadership or team management role.

Strong knowledge of Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and content virality. Based in Bangalore. Ready to lead one of India's most exciting edtech social teams?
