Role Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Technical Writer
to join our talented team. As a Technical Writer at Beatly.AI, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, clear, and user-friendly documentation for our AI-powered products and services. You will work closely with our product development, engineering, and subject matter expert teams to understand the technology and translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand documentation.

Required Expertise:

• Experience
  : 3 to 8 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong focus on software documentation and/or AI technologies.
• Education
  : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Documentation Tools
  : Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, , or similar platforms.
• AI/Tech Knowledge
  : Understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and applications, with experience documenting technical systems and architectures.
• Content Strategy
  : Proven experience in content architecture, cataloging, and organizing technical documentation for end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and understand the functionality of our AI products and services to create accurate and user-centric documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and SMEs to gather technical information and ensure documentation aligns with product features.
• Write, edit, and revise clear and comprehensive user manuals, API documentation, online help guides, and other technical content.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple, readable documentation suitable for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain and improve existing documentation, ensuring it adheres to company standards and is updated regularly.
• Develop content for product tutorials, knowledge base articles, and FAQs to assist end-users in maximizing product use.
• Assist in preparing and formatting technical reports, presentations, and other documents in accordance with organizational standards.
• Research and create blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies to promote Beatly.AI products and services

• Technical Writing
  : Strong ability to write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation, focusing on AI and tech products.
• Technical Editing
  : Ability to proofread, edit, and format technical content for consistency, clarity, and grammar.
• API Documentation
  : Experience documenting APIs, SDKs, and technical interfaces.
• AI/Technology Knowledge
  : Familiarity with artificial intelligence concepts, machine learning, deep learning, and data science.
• Tools Expertise
  : Proficiency with documentation tools like MS Office,
  Adobe Acrobat, , or similar platforms.
• Content Architecture
  : Ability to structure and organize technical content for maximum usability and clarity.
