As part of our next growth phase, we're looking for a Senior SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead campaigns, deliver measurable results, and help scale our marketing services.

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with strong SEO expertise to take ownership of our client projects. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and social media. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and ensuring ROI-driven outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical SEO).
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
  • Build high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority.
  • Monitor and report on rankings, traffic, and conversions.
  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed, structure, and mobile-friendliness.

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and manage Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Develop content marketing strategies with designers & content writers.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI and conversion rates.
  • Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

Team & Client Management

  • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content writers for integrated campaigns.
  • Mentor junior SEO/marketing team members.
  • Communicate strategies, progress, and reports to clients.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithms, and tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or relevant field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in SEO and digital marketing (agency background preferred).
  • Proven track record of ranking websites and improving conversions.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, MOZ).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Tiktok, others).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics & Data Studio.
  • Excellent communication and client-handling ability.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of WordPress / CMS optimization.
  • Experience with email marketing (Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of UI/UX for better campaign integration.
  • Certifications (Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
