The client is building the world's first zero-access, zero-spam enterprise communication product that operates on a structural privacy architecture. One that's already earned the trust of large enterprises like L&T Finance, Adani Group, and Kalyan Jewellers just to name a few of their enterprise clients. This is not an MVP. This is production-grade software that secures communication for thousands and soon, millions of professionals worldwide.

What's the role ?

  • Architect backend systems in NestJS and Golang to meet global scale and enterprise grade performance.
  • Drive design for microservices, real-time comms (WebSockets, WebRTC), and data stores (PostgreSQL, Redis).
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain CI/CD discipline.
  • Mentor and upskill backend engineers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend, DevOps, and product leaders.
  • Own technical problem-solvinganticipate bottlenecks, make hard calls, and prevent tech debt from being parked for later.
  • Manage task allocation, workflow discipline, and ensure smooth collaboration with frontend and DevOps.

We work on socket-driven comms infrsstructure, distributed control towers, multi-category encryption, root detection, app kill-5witches, dynamic guest access, device-level lockout, and OOO/ DND logic layered with 5ITIart Whitelisting. This is not lightweight spp dev. This is protocol-layer decision making.

Who should apply?

  • 6-8+ years in backend engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Golang and Node.Js (NestJS)
  • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Strong command over microsewices, RESTfuI APIs, and authenticaon protocols
  • Prior experience with real-me systems (websockets, WebRTC, mediasoup is a big plus)
