Role Overview
: As a Backend Developer, you will be the engineer behind the curtain, building and maintaining the engine that powers our entire platform.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient server-side applications using and Design and implement robust APIs (RESTful or GraphQL) that will be consumed by our web and mobile frontends.
  • Manage and optimize our MongoDB database, including schema design, indexing, and writing complex aggregation pipelines.
  • Integrate essential third-party services, especially Indian payment gateways (UPI, Netbanking, Cards), RTO verification APIs, and SMS/Email services.
  • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the backend code. Collaborate closely with frontend developers to deliver seamless, end-to-end features.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of professional backend development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the runtime environment. o Hands-on experience with the framework.
  • Solid experience with MongoDB, including data modeling and query optimization.
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Good-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with WebSocket for real-time communication.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Knowledge of containerization with Docker.
