This role involves supervising electrical engineering activities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient and reliable electrical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for new and existing projects.Monitor and manage electrical maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.Support the Technical Manager in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for procurement and execution of electrical works.Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical systems and infrastructure.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues promptly and effectively.Maintain documentation of electrical layouts, maintenance logs, and compliance reports.Train and guide junior technicians and engineers as needed.Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.Qualifications & Skills:Graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.Should hold valid electrical supervisor license issued by CEIG, KarnatakaMinimum 5 years' experience in maintenance of electrical equipment in a Plant/Industrial set-up.Proven ability to trouble shoot the control circuits in the complex electrical panels.Operation and maintenance of Gas Insulated Substation, HT Generators, 66KV outdoor yards, 66/11 KV Power Transformers.Hands on work experience in the use of Meggers, Thermography instruments, testing equipment's etc.Good conversational/ written English skills.Mandatory Certifications:Licensed Electrical Engineer (as per local regulations)Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
