Job Purpose
Operate and monitor paint shop machinery, tools, and equipment as per SOPs, ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor paint shop equipment to complete production tasks.
Inspect components/finished products, identify defects, and take corrective actions.
Maintain equipment, tools, and workstations in safe working condition.
Record production data (quantities, downtime, defects, inspections).
Follow all safety and PPE protocols; ensure a clean and safe workspace.
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate major problems.
Collaborate with team leaders/maintenance to resolve workflow issues.
Requirements
Diploma or High School in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial fields.
0–2 years' experience in quality checking/paint shop operations.
Knowledge of safety procedures, inspection methods, and reporting.
