About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate Flutter Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in building cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Dart, state management, and RESTful API integration. You'll collaborate closely with the backend, design, and QA teams to deliver smooth, high-quality app experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Dart code following best practices.
  • Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing designs.
  • Integrate REST APIs, Firebase, and third-party services into mobile apps.
  • Fix bugs, improve performance, and ensure app stability and scalability.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter and mobile app development trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience in developing apps using Flutter & Dart.
  • Strong understanding of mobile UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience integrating APIs, Firebase, and local databases (e.g., SQLite, Hive).
  • Familiarity with Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket for version control.
  • Knowledge of state management tools like Provider, GetX, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Experience in publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store (preferred).

Good to Have:

  • Experience with push notifications, in-app purchases, or payment gateways.
  • Familiarity with native Android/iOS development basics.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines for Flutter apps.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup or agile environment.
  • Passion for learning and exploring new technologies.
