Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Flutter Developer to join our mobile development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS using the Flutter framework. You'll work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver engaging and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, responsive interfaces using Flutter widgets and Dart.
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and other services.
  • Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks, memory leaks, and other issues.
  • Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
  • Maintain and enhance existing mobile applications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 1 year using Flutter and Dart.
  • Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
  • Experience with state management tools like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
  • Knowledge of third-party libraries, APIs, and package management.
  • Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
  • Familiarity with Firebase services (Firestore, Auth, Push Notifications).
  • Experience with app deployment on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes for mobile apps.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
