About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Store Promoters to engage customers, promote our products, and drive sales at our retail outlets. The role involves promoting electronic goods including mobiles, washing machines, TVs, and other electronics, assisting customers with product selection, handling customer queries and billing, and ensuring a smooth in-store shopping experience. The ideal candidate will be confident, approachable, and have a passion for interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers visiting the store.
  • Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and usage for electronics.
  • Promote products through in-store campaigns, events, or sampling.
  • Assist customers with billing and payments.
  • Increase sales by encouraging purchases and cross-selling.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area.
  • Collect customer feedback and report insights to the store manager.
  • Achieve daily/weekly sales targets.
