Role Overview:

We are seeking senior consulting advisors with expertise in political analysis, strategic studies, diplomatic research, regional stability dynamics, and related fields. This role will undertake the critical mission of analyzing the global political landscape and regional stability dynamics. You will be responsible for producing strategically insightful English analytical reports to support client decision-making in complex environments. Through close collaboration with a professional team, you will help clients build robust risk resilience systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Risk Research & Assessment: Independent research and analysis of political risks, geopolitical changes, and regional security issues (including conflict zones and policy changes)
  • Report Writing: Write clear, well-structured reports in English using official authoritative data sources.
  • Threat Monitoring: Tracking key indicators of political stability, security trends, and emerging risks, with timely recording and analysis.
  • Monitor policy developments, government documents, think-tank publications, and media reports to build independent analysis.
  • Capable of establishing and maintaining a diverse professional network (including academia, think tanks, media, former government officials, industry experts, etc.) and converting personal connections into verifiable authoritative information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure research outcomes align with real-world needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or higher in International Relations, Political Science, Diplomacy, Security Studies, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in political risk consulting, intelligence analysis, or security advisory.
  • Experience in using reliable academic resources, think-tank studies, and authoritative data sources.
  • Priority worked in strategic consulting, think tanks, government, journalism and other related fields is preferred.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to translate complex geopolitical issues into clear and concise insights.
  • Possesses strong analytical and integration skills with attention to detail.
