Arundhati Jewellery is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead and manage one of our retail locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring a high level of customer service, managing sales targets, and leading a team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a leading jewellery brand.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets in a competitive retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and store operations.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40, ₹90,000.00 per month
