Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision & Coordination

  • Monitor day-to-day site progress, quality, and adherence to drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and client representatives.
  • Track work completion against planned schedules and highlight delays.
  • Ensure safety practices and housekeeping standards are maintained at site.

Quantity Surveying & Billing

  • Take joint measurements at site and prepare/check contractor bills.
  • Verify BOQs, estimates, and executed quantities against contract scope.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs for new items/variations and support in rate analysis.
  • Monitor material consumption and reconcile steel, cement, and major items.
  • Certify subcontractor/vendor bills for accuracy and timely processing.

Cost & Documentation

  • Maintain updated records of drawings, changes, and site instructions.
  • Track variations/deviations and ensure proper approvals and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, and billing procedures.
  • Experience in high-end luxury residential and commercial construction.
  • Two-wheeler is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement methods.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with ability to handle contractors.
  • Eye for detail, accuracy in measurements, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Preference for candidates with stable career history (not frequent job changes).
