The Role:
Tanium Platform Operations Lead

The Team:
The selected candidate will be part of the S&P Global Technology Cloud & Infrastructure team managing the enterprise Vulnerability Management solution. The team manages a platform which is used to deploy mission critical patches, as well as for the development of automations, to mitigate risk across the S&P Global multi-cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation and management of Tanium unified endpoint management in a large enterprise environment.
• Drive improvement of patching and vulnerability remediation completion rates.
• Responsible for platform health, redundancy, updates, documentation, and audit.
• Support key service processes, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management and Release Management, ensuring that they are effective and efficient through data analysis to support continual service improvement and governance.
• Works within defined guidelines and policies; this role will also identify issues and provide input on proposed changes to enhance effectiveness of service reporting.
• Be responsible for continuous improvement by collaborating with the wider IT functional teams to identify, prioritize, and create analytical capabilities, service Insights and service metrics.

What Were Looking For:

• Computer Science or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and goal driven.
• Experience working with outsourcing partners.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies, AWS Preferred.
• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• Communication Fluent in English speaking and writing.
