Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lucknow for a Real Estate Sales position at Yogleela Group. The Real Estate Sales representative will be responsible for engaging with potential buyers and sellers, conducting property tours, negotiating sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions. The role involves understanding the client's needs, providing expert advice on real estate investments, and staying updated on market trends and property values.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property
- Strong Sales skills and proficiency in Customer Service
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Knowledge of the Lucknow real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
