Role Overview

As the Social Media Manager, you will be the digital voice of our magazine. You'll lead the planning, execution, and performance tracking of all social content, ensuring our digital presence is aligned with the brand's tone, editorial calendar, and audience preferences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars in sync with the editorial and publishing schedule.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging visual and written content (posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos).
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and video producers to align content with magazine themes and stories.
  • Meta Ads Business Suite
  • Grow and engage the online community, including responding to comments and DMs.
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to adapt strategy and maintain relevance.
  • Track and analyze content performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations, features, and brand campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing social media in the media, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
  • Deep understanding of each platform's algorithm, content format, and user behavior.
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or similar.
  • Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills, with an eye for aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with video and reel creation tools (InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.) is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under tight deadlines.

Bonus Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Experience with paid social ad campaigns and boosting strategies.
  • Ability to direct or participate in content shoots.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
