Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to manage multiple projects effectively. This role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a keen analytical mind to drive our marketing initiatives forward.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various platforms, including SEO, email marketing, and social media management.
  • Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to enhance online visibility and drive traffic.
  • Conduct thorough analysis using Google Analytics to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media channels, ensuring adherence to best practices in copywriting.
  • Oversee the maintenance and updates of the company website using WordPress, ensuring it remains user-friendly and optimised for search engines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute B2B marketing initiatives that align with overall business objectives.
  • Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating visually appealing graphics for digital campaigns.
  • Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables effectively.
  • Foster leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff members and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Experience

Candidates should have a proven track record in digital marketing with experience in the following areas:

  • Management of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and tools to enhance organic search performance.
  • Strong project management capabilities with excellent time management skills.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and communication practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) as well as Google Analytics for data analysis.
  • Experience in email marketing strategies that engage target audiences effectively.
