To manage the Plant & Machinery department efficiently by overseeing the operations, maintenance, and manpower management of all construction site equipment and machinery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and cost-effectiveness.

Role & responsibilities

  • Experience in plant & machinery department specially high rise towers.
  • Deep understanding of the working of Tower Crane, DG, Boom Pump, Hoist, Backhoe loaders, Telehandlers, Concrete Pump and all equipment in any typical construction site
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Good hold on MIS
  • Ability to handle ERP is an added advantage
  • A people's manager who can keep the motivation of the team members levels high
  • Deep understanding of the business exigencies and ability to translate business objectives into the objectives of the P&M department
  • Deep understanding of the equipment, machinery, tools, parts that are required at various points in time to operate the P&M department as well as the sites
  • Maintain site records of equipment, including logbooks, preventive maintenance records, and equipment upkeep
  • Manage spare parts inventory, optimize costs, source operators, mechanics, and other personnel.
  • Should be Potential, Innovative and individual performer
  • Mobilize the required man power for the operations of the vertical
  • Preferred to have worked few years in Regional or Head Office

Preferred candidate profile

Education : B.E/ B. Tech - Mechanical or Electrical or

Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong leadership skills.

Experience : 20+ years (
