Role purpose: The HR Specialist in HR COE Services VOIS India, (global capability centre) focuses upon providing HR advice and performing HR services to our customers of global onshore business functions in line with HR procedures.

Having gained good understanding of HR concepts and procedures through extensive practical experience; they would act as an extended support to global onshore HRBPs in delivering calendarized people activities and projects for designated business function underpinned by a strong service delivery model.

Where: Pune, VOIS India

What will you do:

  1. Supporting HR colleagues (primary stakeholder HRBP) of different countries and business units to deliver hire to retire processes, reports, dashboards, maintain data hygiene and activities / projects coming from COE areas.
  2. Acts as a point of contact for business functions who ensures the problem of internal customers is resolved by advising and executing various HR activities in line with global and local HR procedures.
  3. May need to resolve complex day-to-day employee queries that require liaising within or outside HR and cannot be addressed by self-service or AskHR.
  4. Across landscape of HR processes, drive participation and closure of various life cycle, cyclic and ad hoc HR processes and projects milestones by coordinating with required audience, collecting, and analysing statistics. (eg. Employee engagement survey, performance appraisal, annual HR budget, reward nominations etc.)
  5. Prepare and present business review presentations to internal and key international stakeholders.
  6. Maintains monthly detailed and rolling forecast budgets, identifies and reports variances between planned and actual budget to HRBP of different geographies and business units
  7. Source inputs to design and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports, dashboards and analysis on various key HR metrics from an HRBP lens belonging to different geographies and business units.
  8. Standardize quality parameters of organisation and employee data; perform regular data accuracy checks from an HRBP lens, identify data anomalies, and perform root cause to educate, improve and reduce recurrence of errors, publish observations to HRBP and ensure data anomalies have been corrected in HRIS by the responsible team.
  9. Builds solid collaboration with onshore HRBP and advises on process & system improvements, data quality, trends on various KPIs.
  10. Continuously identify and propose enhancement opportunities that reduce HRBP pain areas, increases process effectiveness, resource efficiency and simplifies processes & solutions.
  11. Support transition of new services from onsite to offshore, ensure complete knowledge building and operationalize the same.
  12. Adherence and upkeeping of knowledge repository and process documents.
  13. Case volume management - Triages tickets, tracks case volume.
  14. Adheres to service delivery model, resolves and closes requests as per defined SLA.
  15. Escalation management - Resolve escalation on priority and at root to avoid recurrence.
  16. Perform other job-related duties or tasks defined by the supervisor.
  17. Ensures to embed privacy while executing transaction as per GDPR rules (privacy by design).

  • Would think like an HRBP and deliver as per global shared service delivery model understanding service performance measures & controls.
  • Passionate to continuously improve employee experience, service delivery and process excellence.
  • Strong understanding of HR organization & employee data and maintain data confidentiality.
  • Flexible to work as per onshore market shifts and in hybrid working (home & office) model.
  • Excellent skills to work on Microsoft products - word, advanced Excel functions, power point, etc.
  • Power BI, Power Automate & SuccessFactors experience is an added advantage.
