Location: Bhiwandi, (Work from Office 6 days a week 2nd &4th Saturday Off).

Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning & Operations:

    Develop and manage detailed production schedules based on sales forecasts and capacity, while overseeing daily operations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely material and equipment availability.
  • Manufacturing & Compliance Oversight:

    Supervise electromechanical assembly processes (e.g., PCB integration, calibration, testing) and ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other regulatory standards.
  • Team Leadership & Training:

    Lead, mentor, and train production technicians and assembly operators, including onboarding and skill development aligned with product requirements.
  • Handling the Shift Team in Production as Team leader in view of achieving the Production KPIs on day basis like Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Environmental and Productivity
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Documentation:

    Work closely with QA/QC, Engineering, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues, ensure smooth workflows, and maintain accurate documentation such as work instructions, DHRs, and change controls.
  • Continuous Improvement & Data-Driven Management:

    Monitor and analyze production KPIs (e.g., OEE, rejection rates, downtime), lead lean manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives, and support ERP/MRP/Tally systems for accurate production and inventory tracking.
  • Ensure readiness for internal, customer, and regulatory audits and inspections
  • Liaise with equipment maintenance teams to ensure machine uptime and preventive maintenance compliance.

Qualifications:

  • B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical. Electronics, Instrumentation).
  • 1015 years of experience in Aerospace, Electricals /Electronics , Automotive domain
  • Hands-on knowledge of clean assembly processes, ESD protection, optics integration, and functional testing.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Strong familiarity with ERP, SAP, Tally systems, production scheduling inventory management.
  • Proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and production operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Effectively communicates with and engages all levels of the organization verbally and in writing; produces clear, understandable documentation geared for all audiences.
  • Strong operational mindset to create standardized, and deliver them with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Highly accountable and driven business professional

Preferred Certifications:

  • Lean Six Sigma(Green Belt or above)
  • ISO 13485 / ISO 9001 / CE compliance understanding
  • Total Productive Maintenance or Kaizen experience is a plus

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time, on-site role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • May involve working extended hours or weekend shifts during peak periods or critical deliveries.
