Job Title Acrylic Manager Department Production Location Bhiwandi Reports To Production Head Candidate s can share resume on 8657005459 Job Summary The Acrylic Manager will be responsible for managing the design production and execution of acrylic-based elements for interior projects This role involves overseeing the entire acrylic production process from material planning and quality control to timely delivery ensuring designs meet client and company standards Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the acrylic department s day-to-day operations Plan allocate and monitor work schedules of acrylic production staff Coordinate with design and project teams to understand acrylic requirements for interior projects Oversee fabrication cutting bending polishing and finishing of acrylic products Ensure quality standards and finishing of acrylic elements displays fixtures signage furniture decorative items Optimize material usage and reduce wastage Maintain inventory of raw materials and place orders as required Ensure machines and tools are maintained in good working condition Train guide and motivate team members for high performance Monitor project timelines to ensure acrylic work is completed within deadlines Ensure health safety and compliance standards are followed in the acrylic department Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for acrylic-related requirements Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of acrylic materials tools and fabrication techniques Ability to read and interpret design drawings and technical specifications Hands-on experience in acrylic cutting bending polishing and finishing Good leadership planning and team management skills Attention to detail and high-quality standards Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Experience Diploma Degree in Interior Design Industrial Design Production or related field 5-10 years of experience in acrylic production preferably in interior or retail design Prior experience in handling acrylic production teams is mandatory Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Paid time off Provident Fund
