Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, including sourcing profiles, interview coordination, offer generation, and background verification.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct talent acquisition activities such as interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure the best fit for the organization.
  • Ensure seamless joining formalities for new employees by coordinating with various departments involved in the onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in HR or related field (preferably in Healthcare industry).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing profiles, interview scheduling, job posting, talent sourcing, and offer generation.
