Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing & Sales role based in Pune. The individual in this role will be responsible for promoting and selling company services, managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. Additional responsibilities include overseeing sales processes, providing training to team members, and driving sales performance. The role will involve active collaboration with clients and internal teams to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage and support clients.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue growth and ensure target achievement.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members, fostering continuous professional development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities to work collaboratively in a client-focused environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • Prior experience in an agency background or a similar industry will be advantageous.
