We are looking forward for an urgent position "Head - Projects (Design)"

Experience - Minimum 10 to 15 years only

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handling the team management.
  • Site visit and project drawing knowledge.
  • Creating drawings for sheet metal fabrication and part drawing
  • Understanding the concept of the Project/site, based upon that drawing, should be done
  • Involved in new product development
  • Checking and finalizing of detailed drawing
  • Experience in project design and manufacturing process.
  • Preparation of PDS, documentation of new manufacturing process, or engineering changes
  • Should estimate of products should be done as per the customer's requirements
  • Follow-up each and every step of project regarding materials/process/spares to Quality, production, purchase and R&D
  • Identifying the root cause and preparing accordingly.
  • Maintain 5S and continuous improvement

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Industrial Engineering
  • 10 years to 15 years - Experience as per job requirements.
  • Communication Skills – both written and verbal
  • AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience candidate only
