Customer Care Executive

The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling queries, and supporting the sales process. The role focuses on improving customer experience, managing communication, and resolving issues on time.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, accounts, logistics, production) to fulfill customer requirements.
- Regularly follow up with clients for orders, payments, deliveries, and service issues.
- Maintain customer records, interactions, and reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and satisfy customers.
- Assist in generating repeat business and customer retention.
- Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, issues, and performance.
- Ensure timely communication with customers regarding updates, delays, or changes.
3. Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and customer-handling ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients.
- Positive attitude and professional behaviour.
- Time management and follow-up skills.
4. Qualifications
- Graduate in any field (preferably business/marketing).
- Experience in customer service or sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
5. Work Environment
- Office-based role with regular customer interaction via phone, email, and visits.
- May require coordination with multiple departments.
