The role is to ensure that the quality of the construction is of the highest standard. - Identify strategic opportunities & demonstrate lateral thinking to resolve the issues and provide solution. - Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality

Responsible for Various Projects entailing defining scope, setting timelines, analyzing requirements, budget review & approval, prioritizing tasks and identifying dependencies as per preset budgets.

Lead the planning, coordination & progress control and Responsible for detailed project planning, Budgeting (Project Budget, Business Plan etc.), Cost Control, Risk Management.

Responsible for Monitoring and Review of progress, Coordinating review meetings.

Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.

Coordinate for compliance with laws, regulations, and standards during Pre- Construction Stage.

Maintain effective communication with various Stakeholders.

Study the site execution plans with all related stakeholders during the Preconstruction including complete site logistics.

Coordinating for administering the end-to-end execution of projects as per budgeted cost, demand forecasts & time overruns to ensure timely execution of projects.

Interfacing with consultants, clients, design team during Preconstruction stage of the Project.

Responsible for developing the procurement plan and the process of procurement management including Coordinating for RFPs,, Tender , BOQ and post order tracking and site delivery of the material (end to End ) .

Responsible for project material procurement, coordinating & following up with vendors for project delivery process.

Responsible for BOQ, Cost control, Procurement, & complete analysis of rate.
