Job Title: Freight Broker (US Process – Night Shift)
Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time | Night Shift (6:00 PM IST – 3:00 AM IST)
Job Description
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Freshers to join our team as Freight Brokers for the US logistics process. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and the willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to carriers and shippers in the US
- Build and maintain strong business relationships
- Negotiate rates and close deals for shipments
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and carriers
- Follow proper business etiquette during all interactions
Requirements
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication
- Comfortable with night shifts (US timings)
- Willing to do cold calling and client negotiations
- Strong convincing skills and positive attitude
- Knowledge of US geography & logistics (preferred, not mandatory)
