Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designerto develop high-quality visual content for the official social media platforms for our Govt. Client. The role involves conceptualizing, designing, and editing engaging graphics that align with government communication guidelines and effectively reach diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create visually appealing graphics, infographics, and layouts for social media posts, campaigns, banners, and reports.
  • Ensure brand consistency by following government visual identity guidelines.
  • Develop designs for both static and interactive content.

Social Media Adaptation

  • Tailor content formats (size, resolution, aspect ratio) for various social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Optimize visuals for maximum audience engagement.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Ensure all content is accurate, culturally sensitive, and in line with the government's communication policies.
  • Adhere to deadlines and maintain high production standards.

Qualification Criteria

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 month - 1 years of professional experience in graphic design

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) or equivalent tools.
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and motion graphics.

Soft Skills:

  • Creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
