Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management

  • Design engaging graphics for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter)
  • Create banners, stories, profile pictures, and event-specific visuals
  • Ensure all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelines

2. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  • Develop motion graphics including title cards, lower thirds, and outros
  • Design custom thumbnails and graphics to enhance video content

3. Website Graphics

  • Design and update website banners, promotional images, and product visuals
  • Support marketing initiatives by tracking performance metrics of web graphics.

4. Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the creative liaison with external vendors (e.g., printers, merchandisers)
  • Prepare print-ready files and provide feedback on proofs

5. Campaign Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize visual themes
  • Create mood boards, storyboards, and design concepts aligned with campaign objectives

6. Content Design & Strategy

  • Partner with the content team to design visuals for blogs, emails, presentations, etc.
  • Integrate graphics seamlessly into the broader content calendar

7. Visual Asset Production

  • Design graphics for:

     Social media campaigns, email templates, infographics, website assets
  • Print:
     Flyers, brochures, event banners, promotional materials

8. Data Visualization

  • Turn complex data into clear and attractive charts, infographics, and diagrams

9. Brand Management

  • Uphold brand integrity across all visual assets
  • Ensure every piece is pixel-perfect and error-free

10. Creative Problem-Solving

  • Apply design thinking to effectively convey messages in unique and engaging ways
