Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in managing vendor teams and working with customers.

  • 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
  • Experience in Operations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Certifications in LEAN, Six Sigma or COPC.
  • 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
  • Experience in data and insights.
  • Understanding customer needs and working with data to identify trends and then develop solutions.
  • Knowledge of SQL/Business Intelligence Platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and inspire vendor partner teams to exceed quality standards and deliver an exceptional, "noise-free" customer experience.
  • Translate high-level business goals and market trends into measurable quality frameworks, manage the "cost of quality," and use data to drive decisions.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for quality, collaborating with global stakeholders and executive leadership to secure alignment, manage escalations, and balance performing priorities.
  • Analyze and redesign quality workflows, using a data-driven approach to influence the development of tools and automation for long-term efficiency.
