  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to design processes and implement strategic projects that solve business problems.
  • Excellent structuring analysis and communication skills, with demonstrated narratives and executive-level visualizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.

The Google Cloud Go-to-Market Strategy and Operations team acts as trusted advisors, partnering with Sales, Customer Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Partners and Google Cloud Consulting to plan, strategize, and run the business in a transformational way.

As a Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining, landing and executing on our key strategic priorities to drive operational excellence, business growth, and productivity. You will be responsible for helping with planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities. You will provide business insights, ensure cross-functional alignment, drive strategic partnerships, and execute new initiatives. Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the gTech Strategy and Operations (gSO) Ads managing director, meticulously charting the path to optimize the present and shape the future of our global GTM function.
  • Lead, and execute high-impact, gSO Ads-specific analyses and projects,collaborating across central and vertical teams to ensure effective implementation of actionable recommendations.
  • Design and implement initiatives that drive significant operational gains and resource optimization, directly supporting multiple executive stakeholders and executive priorities.
  • Partner with gSO Ads leadership to conduct 
    objectives and key results performance reviews and strategically manage capacity planning to ensure sustained, scalable growth.
  • Function as the primary GTM for gSO Central teams, driving coordination and execution of critical operations. Facilitate value forums and the people plan to foster deep, outcome-oriented collaboration among gSO Ads managers and across all gSO vertical teams.
