Job Description:

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic Product Manager to lead product planning, development, and optimization. The ideal candidate will manage the full product lifecycle, drive customer-focused improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap planning, and execution.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
  • Convert business requirements into clear product features and specifications.
  • Coordinate with tech, design, marketing, and sales teams for smooth product development.
  • Monitor product performance through data and analytics.
  • Improve user experience by identifying problem areas and implementing solutions.
  • Manage product launches and ensure timely delivery of updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Ability to understand user needs and convert them into actionable requirements.
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools and user research methods.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in EdTech, HealthTech, Mobile App Products, or Startups.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles.
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, Notion, and Analytics dashboards.
